Evening of African-American Music ~ Sun. Feb. 28, 7:30pm
The 7th annual Evening of African-American Music concert celebrating black artists, composers, and songs will be live-streamed on our YouTube channel and Facebook page Sun. Feb. 28 @ 7:30pm. Presented by our Black History Education Committee, the concert will feature Caleb Wright, the Alexander Wright ensemble & The Collective, a jazz ensemble including musicians from New York City, Los Angeles, and Cleveland, along with special guest pianist Jonathan Thomas and vocalist Malika Turner. Tune in and keep this tradition alive in the midst of the pandemic. Free will offerings will be accepted online and audio recordings of the concert can be purchased from the Black History Education Committee.
