Eroded Beauty: a photographic pilgrimage through Covid-19 by former Dean of Trinity Cathedral Tracey Lind is being offered in a Zoom forum on Thurs, Oct 8, from 7–8pm. Watch and listen as Rev. David Wigger and guests tell stories, reading picture books that appeal to ages 0-100, that pass on biblical stories in contemporary ways. You won’t want to miss a single one. “Listen, my people, I will tell stories. Stories we have heard; stories our ancestors taught us. We will not hide them from our children, we will pass them on to the next generation.” (Psalm 78)

Get ready for 30 min. “Messy Worships” on Zoom every other week in June and July. Similar to our Zoom Sunday School, but focused more on fellowship, worship, and movement. These sessions are open to all ages and families. On off weeks, we’ll offer different family Activity Opportunities. Upcoming Messy Worship sessions: July 12 and 26 Email Rev. Wigger for Zoom access.

Justice & Mission announces its Call for Community Grant proposals. These grants provide financial support for community initiatives and programs that support its mission of increasing awareness of, and encouraging actions that respond to, injustice and human need. Join us Thursday afternoons from 4-4:45pm at the ICE Field Office (925 Keynote Drive, Brooklyn Hts) as we stand vigil against the inhumane treatment of immigrants. The “small plate” spiritual education group, Reconnecting to God’s Creation in the 21st Century, will again be offered in 2019. Create a personal plan for reconnection through field trips, special readings and videos, shingrin yoku (forest bathing), and nature observation.
