Amahl and the Night Visitors ~ Sun. Dec. 20, 11am & 7pm
Gian-Carlo Menotti’s opera Amahl and the Night Visitors will be performed in our Sanctuary on Sun. Dec. 20 during worship and again at 7pm. The role of the small boy Amahl will be sung by Henry Dyck with the role of Amahl’s mother sung by Lara Troyer. The choirs will be costumed as peasants living in a small village. We’re very excited about this event–it was last done at FHC 25 years ago! (Perhaps some of you remember it?)
