Summer schedule runs from Sun. June 5 – Sept. 11. Worship when it’s cooler @ 10 am. Summer Pathways for kids meets June 5 & 19, July 3, 17 & 31, August 14 & 28. The Summer Choir sings every Sunday in June and July. Details below.
Children’s Ministry Summer Programs:
Every Sunday in the summer there will be child care for infants through 5-year-olds. The nursery/crib room is a wonderful space that parents can leave their young children in confidence that they will be cared for and nurtured. If you would like to help out in our nursery please contact the church office or Liz Wollaeger.
Summer Pathways for Grades 1-6 ~ June 5 & 19, July 3, 17 & 31, August 14 & 28: This year the children will explore being good stewards of God’s creation and helping others by participating in activities around our Abundance Acres garden. Laurie Logan and Laura Steiner guide the children in nurturing the garden and taking care of the earth as they help those in need. The children will actually be working in the garden, please be sure your child/children are dressed accordingly.
Summer Choir:
Everyone in the congregation is encouraged to sing in the Summer Choir at least once this year. This fun experience begins Sunday, June 5 with rehearsals at 9:30am every Sunday before the 10:00am worship service. The music is easy to learn, and singers of all ages (even babes in arms) are welcome to participate. No hot choir robes – just come as you are. Bring the whole family and experience the worship service from “the other side.”
