“Reconnecting to God’s Creation” Returns in 2019

The “small plate” spiritual education group, Reconnecting to God’s Creation in the 21st Century, will again be offered in 2019. Create a personal plan for reconnection through field trips, special readings and videos, shingrin yoku (forest bathing), and nature observation. The group will meet from 4–6 on Sunday afternoons from Mar. 17–May 19. To sign-up, email Steve Sedam or Kemp JaycoxEnrollment is open until the end of February or until the class is full at 12 people. Those who took the course in 2018 found a sense of vitality and community developed between classmates.  Kemp and Steve, who designed the course, will again be co-facilitators. Explore the wonder of the natural world on a spiritual level, deepen your connection with nature, awaken to its power of healing, and act on your responsibility as Christian stewards.  (Note: the group will not meet on Easter Sunday or Mother’s Day.)
