Family Promise Move-Out Bags ~ Donate items by Sun. April 24
We’re collecting Family Promise “Move-Out Bag” items for families “moving out” into permanent housing. (Family Promise provides assistance to families experiencing homelessness.) Drop off donations (see list)* in the cart on the Fellowship Hall stage before Sun. April 24. *Needed: The basics someone would need on their first day in the new home, especially: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Dish Soap, Sponges, Toilet Bowl Cleaner & Brush, All Purpose Cleaner, Laundry Soap, Shower Curtain & Rings, etc.
Cash donations or a check to Forest Hill Church (write Family Promise in the Memo line) will also be gratefully accepted, along with reusable shopping bags. Contact Sue Lafferty, Deanne Lentz or Anne Smith with questions.
